Who am I?

Hi, I’m Gabrielle, a registered dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition. I help people create healthier, more peaceful relationships with food and their bodies, without guilt, confusion, or food rules.

Before becoming a dietitian, I worked as both a birth doula and a personal trainer. Supporting over 80 families through childbirth showed me the power of steady support and trusting the body through challenging moments. As a trainer, I saw how movement can strengthen not just the body, but confidence and connection to oneself. Those experiences ultimately led me to pursue dietetics, where I could combine my love of coaching, food, and working closely with people into one meaningful career.

Now, I support clients in developing intuitive eating habits, exploring gentle movement, and building a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and their bodies. I also work with individuals recovering from eating disorders and disordered eating patterns, helping them rebuild trust with food and reconnect with their bodies in a supportive and non-judgmental space. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration, and the belief that health is not one-size-fits-all.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to a sweet, energetic 6-year-old, a home cook who loves trying new recipes, and a big fan of coffee. I enjoy getting outside, sharing good food with family, and embracing the same balanced, flexible approach to food and life that I encourage in my work with clients.

If you feel overwhelmed by diet culture, stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset, or tired of being at war with food and your body, you’re not alone. I’m here to help you move forward with a more supportive approach to nutrition, one that is practical, approachable, and even enjoyable. Together, we’ll quiet the noise of diet culture, build simple nourishing routines, and help you find a way of eating that truly works for your life.
